Cook Book is the collection of booklets from Moneta that aims to answer these questions. In other words, these are not just recipe books but handy instruction manuals with practical tips from expert cooks (who have personally cooked and tasted all the recipes). They will help you turn a good simple dish into a memorable work of art.
